Leadership & operations — Ownership, process improvement, systems (physical and digital architecture), planning (logistics, design, build).   Communication — Public speaking, teaching, cross-cultural work, mentorship.   Productivity & enterprise tools — Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Salesforce, and Zoom

  • Beyond everyday use and toward how they actually work (data models, sync, APIs, collaboration and real-time patterns). That understanding feeds the custom systems I build: reproducing capabilities on my own stack where it matters.

Systems & architecture — Self-trained systems architect; database engineering, performance, automation, and custom digital tools. Two years deep on AI/ML, digital architecture, and frameworks—building ERP, CRM, lead-to-cash automation, site/infrastructure, ML pipeline, and agents to stay vendor-light and free capacity for people work (see expanded story).
